This beautifully unique design is keepsake-quality when crafted with quality woods! Children will delight playing with this puzzle year after year. This file comes with 2 backgrounds to choose from - blank or with a Bethlehem skyline. You may either score or engrave the decorative details on the characters. The characters are also two-sided and you can decide whether or not to put decorations on both sides, depending on how much time you have to make this with your laser.

For the item pictured, I used 1/4" maple plywood. You don't want to use 1/8" for any of the parts or they will not stand. On the white side of the characters, I engraved the details. On the back unpainted side I scored the design. These would be really cool to have the details colored in as well. For the background piece, I painted the buildings and trees with watered down acrylic paint. For all unpainted pieces, I rubbed on Paste Finishing Wax. This project takes 3 full sheets of materials.
